Cross Ocean B.V. is pleased to announce that in order to strengthen the position of Cosco Container Lines, Shanghai (Coscon) in the Netherlands it is decided to separate the activities of Cross Ocean B.V. in 2 companies. Cosco Container Lines (Netherlands) B.V., representing Cosco Container Lines, Shanghai in the Netherlands ( www.coscon.nl ). Cross Ocean B.V. will handle all other activities, amongst other Cosco (logistics and Bulk) and forwarding. Both companies will remain a joint venture between Cosco and the Royal Vopak. The management of Cross Ocean B.V. will remain unchanged for both companies.
